This course is ideal for anyone new to the world of stop motion. We will cover the fundamentals of animation techniques by reviewing examples from our educational resources and working with both 2D and 3D models. Participants will also have the chance to collaborate as a team to create animations using paper and modeling clay.

Storyboarding 101
8 WEEK PROGRAM
In our Storyboarding class, will prsent the essential art of visual storytelling. This class provides a comprehensive introduction to the process of creating storyboards, which serve as a blueprint for visual narratives in film, animation, and multimedia projects. Students will learn how to translate scripts and ideas into a series of sequential drawings that outline key scenes and actions.

Basic Film Production
8 WEEK PROGRAM
In our Basic Film Production class, students will embark on a hands-on journey through the essentials of filmmaking. This course covers the fundamental aspects of film production, including pre-production planning, scriptwriting, and shooting. Participants will learn how to operate cameras, manage sound, and collaborate on various roles within a film crew. Through practical exercises and group projects, students will gain experience in creating a short film from concept, developing their storytelling skills and understanding the technical processes behind film production. By the end of the class, participants will have a solid foundation in the art and craft of filmmaking, equipping them with the skills to pursue further study or start their own film projects.
